Ujvala is a strategic transformational technology leader with strong business acumen and 20+ years in IT leadership involving Software Architecture and Development. With over two decades of product development lifecycle experience and as both a hands-on advisor/full time executive, she leverages a pragmatic approach in remediation which includes both short-term/rapid and long-term/foundational improvements. Working as an internal change agent at MPM she delivers the appropriate technology solutions needed to support rapid growth of our product. As a CTO with extensive experience leading DEV and IT operations, Ujvala is best using her exceptional needs assessment skill set and ability to leverage key relationships to support all aspects of IT infrastructures from web-based platforms to software design, development, and deployment. Casey brings over a decade of specialized experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to her role as Clinical Manager at MeasurePM. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist, and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), she has led clinical operations, quality assurance initiatives, and staff development across a variety of ABA service models. Her expertise spans early intervention, school-based and adult services, as well as telehealth coordination. Holding a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism, Casey has also contributed to the field as a university-level instructor. She is passionate about advancing ABA through mentorship, training development, and the implementation of evidence-based practices. At MeasurePM, Casey leverages her clinical insight to help shape innovative software solutions that enhance outcomes for providers and clients alike.

Surely Genao is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Measure Practice Management, bringing over 14 years of experience in medical billing across specialties including ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and related services. She has a strong background in health services administration and a proven track record of optimizing financial outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction through expert claims handling and strategic problem-solving. Throughout her career, Surely has led practice management system setups, staff training, and the development of efficient billing procedures. At Measure Practice Management, she works closely with clients and billers to streamline processes, improve communication, and drive results—strengthening both provider relationships and the company’s standing in the revenue cycle management sector.
